Client Advisor – Citizenship & Residency (Dubai)

About the role

AG Mena is looking for a dynamic Client Advisor to promote citizenship and residency programmes to high‑net‑worth individuals in Dubai. You will act as the first point of contact, qualifying leads and guiding clients through a range of global options.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify incoming leads interested in citizenship and residency programmes, including Caribbean and European options.
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Research, prepare and conduct meetings with introducers, intermediary partners and prospective clients.
• Generate new business leads and achieve a high conversion rate.
• Provide detailed information on the company’s citizenship and residency solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or business‑development experience in the second‑citizenship/residency sector.
• Based in Dubai with proven experience serving HNWI clients.
• Background in client‑facing investment, private banking, wealth management or related sales.
• Excellent verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a bonus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating systems.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
