Client Advisor – Luxury Retail at Dubai Mall

About the role

The Client Advisor will represent Hermes at the iconic Dubai Mall, delivering a premium shopping experience to discerning customers. You will greet guests, understand their needs, and guide them through the brand’s heritage‑rich product range.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients with a warm smile, make eye contact and promptly acknowledge their arrival.
• Engage customers sincerely, build rapport through conversation and identify their preferences.
• Present product features and benefits, sharing the stories behind each item.
• Maintain client relationships by informing them of new collections and inviting them to share contact details.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, products are correctly stocked, and returned to their place after display.
• Support store operations, including handling exchanges, returns and repairs according to administrative procedures.
• Provide feedback on client preferences and suggest improvements for store performance.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in luxury retail.
• Empathy, sincerity and professionalism when serving customers.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, flexibility and reactivity.
• Ability to contribute individually to store turnover.
