Client Advisor – Luxury Watch Boutique

About the role

Jaeger-LeCoultre is seeking a Client Advisor to join its boutique at Dubai Mall. You will be the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to discerning customers while driving sales of the Maison’s iconic timepieces.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique that adheres to brand standards.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and handle payments confidently.
• Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and securing products and accessories.
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays.
• Engage proactively with clients, identify their preferences, and provide personalized service.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through follow‑up, invitations to private events, and after‑sales support such as repairs and strap changes.
• Maintain the client database and manage referrals to expand the client network.
• Adhere to Maison commercial policies, security protocols, and loss‑prevention measures.

Required profile

• Passion for luxury watches and strong knowledge of Jaeger‑LeCoultre heritage.
• Excellent communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for boutique visitors.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to maintaining brand standards.
