Client Advisor, Personal Shopping & Sales (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

LuxuryForYou.com is a fast‑growing online luxury retailer in Dubai. The Client Advisor will turn warm abandoned‑cart leads into sales by contacting Arabic‑speaking customers, building rapport and guiding them through the purchase process. You will then maintain the relationship via WhatsApp, sharing new arrivals and exclusive drops to generate repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Call and convert warm abandoned‑cart leads daily, answering questions and closing sales in Arabic.
• Manage client relationships on WhatsApp, keeping customers informed about new collections and limited‑edition items.
• Drive repeat sales by updating clients with tailored product recommendations.
• Achieve daily call targets and monthly revenue goals, logging all interactions in the CRM.
• Represent the LuxuryForYou brand with product knowledge and a warm, professional tone.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven track record of closing sales over phone or chat.
• Background in fashion, luxury fashion or beauty retail.
• Strong personal network among fashion‑loving women in the UAE/GCC.
• Confident on the phone and comfortable making high‑volume outbound calls.
• Organised, consistent with follow‑ups and experienced using a CRM.
• Based in Dubai with a valid UAE residency.
