Client Experience & Treatment Executive (UAE National)

About the role

We are seeking a UAE‑national professional to lead client experience and treatment initiatives for Van Cleef & Arpels in Dubai. The role combines luxury service excellence with strategic execution of omnichannel programmes, ensuring every client journey reflects the Maison’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the UAE liaison for Client Experience & Treatment, deploying regional strategies and Maison standards.
• Coordinate and implement client experience and omnichannel initiatives with cross‑functional teams.
• Drive client engagement through tailored VIP experiences, local partnerships and bespoke treatment actions.
• Oversee gifting programmes and client tools, managing targeting, distribution and performance tracking.
• Monitor budgets, expense tracking, purchase orders and coordinate related processes.

Required profile

• UAE national with a passion for luxury client service.
• Detail‑oriented, creative and able to elevate client journeys.
• Collaborative, organized and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
