About the role
Blackline Safety is seeking a Manager, Client Success to lead a team of 5-8 Client Success Managers in Dubai. Reporting to the Vice President, Client Success, you will drive client goals, product utilization, and retention while collaborating across internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and build a results‑driven Client Success team.
- Oversee customer retention, contract renewals, and account expansion initiatives.
- Ensure team members become product experts and provide feedback to product management.
- Monitor KPIs, manage schedules, and improve process efficiencies.
Required profile
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent business certification (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years leading a customer‑facing support team.
- Proven ability to energize teams, meet targets, and adapt in a changing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Experience with sales methodologies and account management.
- Ability to analyze metrics and report operational issues.
