Clinical Educational Manager – Interventional Urology

About the role

The Clinical Educational Manager will lead the delivery of high‑impact training for interventional urology products across Emerging Markets and APAC. Reporting to the Senior Clinical Education Manager, you will bridge clinical expertise with commercial strategy to ensure safe, effective product use and consistent knowledge among healthcare professionals and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for HCPs, medical staff, distributors and business partners on the interventional urology portfolio.
• Develop, update and localise training modules, educational materials and digital learning tools while maintaining global messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to plan workshops, scientific events and align training with business objectives.
• Lead onboarding and certification programmes for new hires across clinical, marketing and commercial functions.
• Provide on‑site clinical support, hands‑on workshops and cadaveric courses for Men’s Health & Endourology.
• Track training effectiveness, report outcomes and identify improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare or Business.
• Proven experience in clinical education, medical training or related roles within medical devices; urology experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of interventional urology procedures and clinical environments.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
