Cluster Sales Executive

About the role

JA Resorts & Hotels is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Cluster Sales Executive to support its cluster sales operation across JA Ocean View Hotel and JA Hatta Fort Hotel. The role works closely with the Cluster Director of Sales and the Sales Managers, covering enquiries, proposals, contracts, client communications and follow-up, with exposure to Leisure, Corporate, Groups and MICE sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coordinated sales support across both hotels and all market segments.
• Maintain and monitor sales calendars, appointments, proposals, contracts, client meetings and follow-ups.
• Receive and process enquiries, record them accurately and assign them to the right sales team member.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, rate letters, contracts and supporting documentation using approved templates, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, contact databases, account ownership, opportunities and sales activities.
• Compile sales reports, account production summaries, pipeline updates and market information.
• Coordinate site inspections, familiarisation trips, client meetings, trade visits and sales events, and assist with prospect research and outbound sales.
• Support a portfolio of smaller accounts and enquiries under the guidance of the sales team.
• Coordinate handovers of confirmed business to Reservations, Events, Finance and Operations, and maintain sales materials and promotional information.

Required profile

• Experience in hotel sales coordination, reservations, events, guest services, customer service or a similar support role is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken business English, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn CRM platforms, hotel sales systems and commercial reporting tools.
• Hospitality, tourism, business or related qualifications preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to support activities across both hotel locations when required.
