Co-Founder & Managing Partner – UAE & GCC (Equity)

About the role

Omendon is seeking a fourth co‑founder to lead execution across the UAE and GCC. As a Co‑Founder & Managing Partner you will own the go‑to‑market engine for our AI‑powered platform, driving distributor networks, partnerships and revenue for both clients and the company.

Key responsibilities

• Build and operate distributor and channel networks in the Gulf for client projects and for Omendon’s own growth.
• Recruit, onboard and manage a partner ecosystem including distributors, resellers, sales agents, marketing partners and corporate service providers.
• Translate relationship‑driven, manual processes into structured, digital workflows on the platform.
• Design outcome‑based expansion packages and help shape commercial models such as subscription platforms and equity‑for‑execution deals.
• Develop a repeatable GCC operating model that can be scaled to future regions.

Required profile

• Deep, current network of distributors, buyers, family offices, corporate services and government‑adjacent contacts across the UAE and wider GCC.
• Proven track record of opening distribution channels and closing commercial agreements in the region.
• Based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment and sharing equity ownership.
