Commercial Account Executive, Middle East

About the role

Semrush is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to drive growth across the Middle East region. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers while prospecting new accounts, delivering value‑based selling experiences and helping clients maximize the benefits of the Semrush platform.

Key responsibilities

• Create, preserve, and expand relationships within an assigned book of business through prospecting, sales calls and rapport‑building.
• Identify and close cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities using the full suite of Semrush products.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed activity KPIs such as calls, demos, emails and connections on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Accurately forecast monthly sales and retention results for management.
• Work with Product Specialists to introduce and sell new product offerings.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1/C2) and preferably fluent Arabic.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in the IT or tech sector.
• Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Self‑motivated, independent thinker with a growth mindset.
