Commercial Manager – Light Household

About the role

The Commercial Manager – Light Household will support local stores in sourcing, merchandising and sales development. You will work closely with store teams and vendors to ensure product availability, visual standards and brand visibility at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with store teams to execute planograms and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain vendor relationships to guarantee timely delivery and inventory compliance.
• Partner with merchants to forecast trends, predict demand and ensure on‑time product delivery.
• Lead buying requirements, develop budgets and monitor orders for the brand/category.
• Ensure promotions and best‑selling items are placed in key store locations.
• Research local trade shows to source new merchandising ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar commercial role, preferably sourcing for light household items such as furniture or houseware.
• Strong knowledge of product categories, brands and the retail environment.
