Commercial Manager Middle East

About the role

Pure Dairy, a global dairy trading innovator, is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead its commercial expansion across the Middle East. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Global Trade Director, you will drive sourcing, sales and market‑access initiatives that create sustainable value for customers and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Source dairy raw materials from the EU and establish long‑term partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and grow Pure Dairy’s B2B customer portfolio across the Middle East through proactive business development.
• Coordinate inter‑company supply flows from the USA, Europe, Oceania and Latin America into the region.
• Design and execute medium‑ to long‑term market access strategies aligned with the company’s sustainable growth goals.
• Manage a portfolio of domestic and international market activities, matching buyer requirements with manufacturer capabilities.
• Plan, direct and review all costs related to procurement, supply chain and service providers to ensure least‑cost delivery.
• Conduct market analysis and reporting to identify economic and strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with the global logistics team to optimise product flow and supply‑chain efficiency.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in international commodity or dairy trading.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of building B2B relationships.
• Ability to work across multiple geographies and cultures.
• Analytical mindset with systematic problem‑solving skills.
• High integrity and commitment to ethical business practices.
