Commercial Manager – Offshore Services

About the role

This position offers the chance to join a leading multinational in the offshore shipping sector, driving business development and sales for an established offshore services provider. You will be based in Dubai and work closely with upstream organisations to deliver vessel chartering, manpower accommodation and other value‑added services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Analyse market trends and provide insights to shape sales initiatives.
• Oversee preparation, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts.
• Monitor sales performance, identify improvement areas and report on activity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience in sales within the offshore services sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends effectively.
