About the role

We are seeking a driven Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join haus & haus in the United Arab Emirates. You will work in a supportive environment with unlimited earning potential, focusing on building long‑term client relationships and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure investment opportunities for purchase or lease of ready properties through key contacts.
• Advertise properties and manage vacancies to ensure consistent rentals.
• Liaise with clients to understand rental requirements and match them with suitable properties.
• Prepare lease agreements and necessary documentation, and follow up on paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in relevant databases.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build effective relationships with owners, developers, and clients.
• Attention to detail in maintaining records of properties, clients, and landlords.
• Capability to work under pressure and take initiative.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
