Key responsibilities

• Obtain through key contacts good investment opportunities to purchase or lease ready properties.
• Ensure property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies.
• Liaise with clients to accommodate their rental requirements until the appropriate property is found.
• Prepare lease agreements and all necessary documents.
• Follow up on all paperwork and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date information is entered into relevant database programs.

Required profile

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Proficient in creating and presenting weekly/monthly leasing reports.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with owners, developers and clients.
• Maintain accurate records on properties, clients, and landlords.
