Commercial & Tender Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

MSALABS, a global provider of geochemical laboratory services for the mining and exploration sectors, is looking for a Commercial & Tender Coordinator to lead the tender process across Africa. You will support the commercial team by preparing bid documents, conducting market analysis, and ensuring all submissions meet client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full tender lifecycle from identification to submission.
• Gather, compile, and verify all documentation required for tender bids.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, deadlines, and internal approvals.
• Prepare, format, and edit bid proposals to create compelling, accurate submissions.
• Maintain a repository of standard bid templates and related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyse trends, and monitor competitor activities.
• Prepare market analysis reports and presentations for the commercial team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in tender management, bid preparation, and administrative support, preferably in mining or construction.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to travel and work site hours as needed; must keep vaccinations up to date.
