Commission‑Based Real Estate Agent – Relocate to Dubai

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Dubai‑based real‑estate brokerage as commission‑only agents. No prior experience is required; we provide full training and RERA licensing. You will help clients buy, sell, and rent property in Dubai’s dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential buyers, sellers and renters.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with clients throughout the transaction process.
• Conduct property viewings and present market insights.
• Negotiate terms and close sales or rental agreements.
• Maintain client records using our in‑house CRM system.
• Achieve personal sales targets and generate commission.

Required profile

• Willingness to relocate to Dubai within 1‑3 months.
• High motivation and hunger to succeed.
• Self‑discipline to manage your own business pipeline.
• Ability to work independently in a commission‑only environment.
• Financial runway of approximately six months recommended for learning the market.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM systems for client management.
