Community Healthcare Services Manager (Licensed Physician)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced physician to lead our Home Healthcare and Doctor On‑Call services in Dubai. The role combines operational management with clinical leadership to ensure safe, high‑quality patient care across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Home Healthcare and Doctor On‑Call services, including patient demand, staff deployment, physician schedules and on‑call rosters.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and clinical coverage based on patient needs and service demand.
• Coordinate delivery of home healthcare services, guaranteeing timely, safe and efficient patient care.
• Monitor service utilisation, operational performance, staffing requirements and associated costs.
• Provide clinical oversight, supervise physicians, nurses, caregivers and therapists, and review patient care plans.
• Maintain compliance with DHA regulations, clinical guidelines and professional standards.

Required profile

• Licensed physician with a valid DHA professional licence and eligibility to practice in Dubai.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare management or related clinical leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive service performance.
