Consultant Vascular & Endovascular Surgeon – Relocate to UAE

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Vascular & Endovascular Surgeon to join a leading healthcare facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves delivering specialist-level vascular care, both open and minimally‑invasive, and leading a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultant‑level assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow‑up for patients with arterial, venous and peripheral vascular disorders.
• Perform and oversee a range of open and endovascular vascular procedures, including complex and emergency cases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment and imaging, and ensure comprehensive pre‑ and post‑operative care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with radiology, cardiology, interventional radiology, anesthesia and other specialties.
• Contribute to clinical governance, quality improvement, patient safety and evidence‑based practice.
• Support training and supervision of junior doctors and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• UK CCT in Vascular Surgery with GMC Specialist Registration or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• Substantial experience in both open and endovascular vascular surgery.
• Eligibility for consultant‑level licensing with the relevant UAE health authority.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to high standards of patient care.
