Contracts Administrator – Cash Services

About the role

The Contracts Administrator will join the Cash Services team at Transguard Group’s headquarters in DAFZA, Dubai. You will be responsible for keeping SME client contracts valid, managing renewals, and ensuring all legal and financial terms are accurately captured.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor contract expiry dates and notify Account Managers 60 days in advance.
• Draft renewal terms and conditions using the Business Unit’s standard template.
• Ensure all SLAs, pricing, and legal documents (Trade License, VAT registration, Power of Attorney, Emirates ID) are included in contracts.
• Secure digital signatures (PDF) or wet signatures and manage the full approval workflow in CAF.
• Distribute signed contracts to Legal, Insurance, Billing, Cash Operations, and Customer Service teams.
• Track inbound and outbound contract documents throughout the sign‑off process.
• Integrate contract codes with Billing and Transtrack systems, activating them in Oracle.

Required profile

• Experience in contract administration, preferably with SME clients.
• Strong understanding of legal documentation and financial terms.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple renewals simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
