Corporate Lawyer – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lawyer to join our Dubai office and provide expert legal guidance on corporate and commercial matters. The role involves ensuring compliance with UAE laws, managing contracts, and protecting the company’s legal interests in a fast‑growing real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Advise on corporate governance, commercial transactions and employment matters.
• Ensure compliance with UAE corporate, commercial and labour regulations.
• Maintain company legal records, licences and corporate documentation.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies and external counsel.
• Support dispute resolution, claims and litigation processes.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Lawyer or Legal Counsel.
• Experience in corporate, commercial, construction or real‑estate law preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate, commercial and labour laws.
• Excellent legal drafting, negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
