Corporate Sales Professional – Foreign Exchange

About the role

Delma Exchange is looking for a results‑driven Corporate Sales Professional to deliver strategic foreign‑exchange solutions to corporate clients across the UAE. The role combines relationship management, market insight and consultative selling to grow existing accounts and acquire new business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Assess clients’ foreign‑exchange needs and propose tailored risk‑management and hedging solutions.
• Identify and approach prospective corporate customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory developments to inform client advice.
• Collaborate with corporate sales, settlement and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track performance metrics and work towards sales, revenue and client‑retention targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in the foreign‑exchange market, preferably within a UAE exchange house.
• Proven corporate sales experience with a focus on client relationship management.
• Strong understanding of risk‑management and hedging strategies.
