CPOV & Fleet Manager

About the role

The CPOV & Fleet Manager oversees Pre‑Owned and Fleet operations for Al Futtaim Automotive across the UAE, driving sales initiatives for corporate, SME and dealer channels while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and roll out commercial programmes for all brands, maintaining consistent presentation standards and digital visibility.
• Set sales targets, drive KPI achievement, and manage a team of nine direct reports.
• Oversee stock management including reconditioning costs, mix, trade‑in penetration and ageing inventory, providing monthly performance reports.
• Conduct site visits, coach sales executives, and ensure completion of required training.
• Coordinate buy‑back returns, negotiate residual values and manage fleet tenders with UAE government organisations.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of used‑car sales and buying processes, including F&I systems.
• Extensive experience managing multi‑site pre‑owned operations in a franchised automotive environment.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial results and meet KPI targets in a B2B setting.
• Arabic speaking ability preferred; fluency in English required.

• Negotiation and deal‑closing expertise with P&L interpretation for used cars.
• Quantitative and analytical skills with computer proficiency for data evaluation and presentation.
