About the role
MB Services FZ LLC is expanding its Dubai Outsource City team and seeks bilingual professionals fluent in English and Haitian Creole. As a Creole Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering assistance across multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Creole.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer records in the internal system.
- Diagnose issues and provide timely, effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with back‑office teams when necessary.
- Work rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Haitian Creole.
- Based in Dubai and eligible to work on‑site.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Prior back‑office or call‑center experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible, rotational schedules.
