CRM Compliance Executive

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented CRM/Compliance Executive to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and proper usage of our CRM system across Marketing, Pre‑qualification, and Sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and audit CRM records for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Review leads and opportunities for duplicates, incomplete or outdated information.
• Track lead assignment, response times, follow‑up activity and overdue actions.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Pre‑qualification to capture and assign all generated leads.
• Prepare regular CRM compliance and performance reports for management.
• Support CRM training, onboarding and workflow improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in CRM operations, sales operations or quality control.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across Sales, Marketing and Pre‑qualification teams.
• Experience with UAE business setup or professional services is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
• Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
