About the role
Technest FZ is looking for a CRM Executive / Specialist to join its Dubai team. The role will drive CRM management and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring strong relationships with our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data.
- Develop and execute customer engagement campaigns.
- Monitor customer interactions and provide timely follow‑up.
- Analyse CRM metrics to improve relationship strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to align CRM activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM or customer engagement.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and data management.
- Fluent Russian language skills are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong follow‑up skills.
