Customer Care Advisor – Abu Dhabi (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Emirates NBD, a leading financial services brand in the UAE, is seeking a Customer Care Advisor for its Abu Dhabi branch. The position is open exclusively to UAE nationals and focuses on delivering high‑quality service to the bank’s retail customers. Emirates NBD operates across 13 countries, serving over 9 million customers and is a key player in digital banking with the Liv lifestyle digital bank. The advisor will contribute to customer profitability and loyalty by ensuring consistent, high‑standard service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, transactions and problem resolution in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Educate clients about the bank’s products and services, including loans, credit cards and investment accounts.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross‑sell appropriate banking solutions.
• Handle customer complaints promptly while adhering to banking regulations and security procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the branch.
• Collaborate with team members to meet branch targets and participate in training programmes.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all customer and colleague interactions.
