Customer Sales & Service Consultant – SkyCargo

About the role

Emirates SkyCargo is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Consultant to join its SkyCargo team in Dubai. You will be the front‑line representative for customers, promoting and selling a range of cargo products while ensuring a high‑quality experience across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate information and actively promote Emirates cargo products and services to customers.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross‑selling and presenting tailored solutions.
• Handle every customer interaction with a personalised approach across phone, email and chat.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and suggest improvements to systems, processes and service quality.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or contact‑centre experience.
• Knowledge of back‑office/contact‑centre and airline industry procedures.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows applications.
• Microsoft Word.
• Microsoft Excel.
