Customer Service Agent – Airport & Frontline

About the role

Join the Emirates Group’s Customer Service team and become one of the first friendly faces travellers encounter at Dubai International Airport. You will support passengers through check‑in, boarding, arrivals and baggage handling while delivering a seamless, stress‑free experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the airport terminal, lounges and contact centres.
• Guide passengers through check‑in, boarding, arrivals and baggage services.
• Provide specialised support for families, unaccompanied minors, connecting passengers and those requiring extra assistance.
• Maintain accurate records and use airline systems to process passenger requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Emirates, dnata, Marhaba and the Contact Centre to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Passion for travel and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to complete an extensive training programme covering systems and service standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
