Customer Service Agent – Airport & Marhaba Services

About the role

Join the Emirates Group and become a front‑line ambassador for millions of travellers at Dubai International Airport. You will be part of a comprehensive training programme that equips you with the systems and customer‑service skills needed to support passengers across Emirates, dnata and Marhaba services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist passengers at check‑in, boarding, arrivals and baggage areas.
• Provide dedicated support to families, unaccompanied minors, VIP guests and passengers requiring extra assistance.
• Handle lounge enquiries, coordinate with immigration and security teams, and ensure smooth passenger flow.
• Deliver a personalised Marhaba experience, guiding guests through key touchpoints such as immigration and baggage claim.
• Maintain accurate records in airport operational systems and uphold safety and service standards.

Required profile

• Passion for travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
