Customer Service Agent – Khaleeji Arabic Speaking

About the role

The Customer Service Agent/Representative is the face of Minimalist, handling customer queries and ensuring timely, professional resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complaints received via phone or writing, resolve or escalate as needed.
• Provide customer care by answering queries, following up on shipments, and updating customers.
• Conduct abandoned cart sales calls to understand reasons and encourage purchase completion.
• Handle inbound sales calls to finalize pending purchases.

Required profile

• 1–2+ years experience in sales, marketing, or customer representation, preferably in a startup or e‑commerce environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Khaleeji Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Experience with social media platforms.
• Proficiency using WhatsApp for business communication.
• Familiarity with Monday.com and other ticketing/customer communication tools.
