Customer Service Associate – Florist (Retail)

About the role

The Customer Service Associate – Florist will deliver an exceptional shopping experience by providing expert floral advice, preparing orders, and maintaining attractive, fresh displays in a Marks & Spencer store.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering guidance on flower selection, arrangement options, plant care, pricing and promotions.
• Maintain the freshness, quality and visual appeal of all floral products throughout trading hours.
• Replenish bouquets, gift‑ready products and floral displays according to M&S standards.
• Prepare customer orders accurately, including wrapping, packaging and protection for collection or delivery.
• Remove wilted, damaged or expired items promptly to control waste.
• Handle basic enquiries and complaints, escalating when necessary.
