Customer Service Associate – Retail (Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service to shoppers at Dalma Mall, maintaining store standards, managing inventory, and supporting sales. You will engage with customers, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure the store presents a welcoming and well‑stocked environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide assistance, and resolve basic complaints.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Receive shipments, restock shelves, and help manage inventory levels.
• Recommend products, upsell and cross‑sell based on customer needs.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and follow cash‑handling procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles with a focus on service excellence.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to keep the store organized, clean, and fully stocked.
• Experience recommending products and actively upselling.
• Proficiency in operating cash registers and adhering to cash‑handling policies.
