About the role
NFPC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact professionally with customers, address enquiries, and support the sales and service experience for its food & beverage portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, following scripts and providing accurate product information.
- Identify customer needs, resolve complaints, and cascade issues to appropriate resources.
- Maintain ownership of calls throughout the request lifecycle, including follow‑ups with escalation teams.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in a call centre or customer support environment.
- Strong active listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively and solve problems.
