Customer Service Representative / Teller – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative who will work as a Teller in our Dubai branch. The role involves handling daily cash transactions, assisting customers with their banking needs, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Verify customer identification and adhere to bank policies and AML regulations.
• Provide information on products and services and refer customers to appropriate staff.
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
• Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Deliver a friendly, professional service to ensure a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or business is a plus.
• Previous experience as a bank teller or in a customer‑service environment preferred.
• Strong numerical ability, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of UAE banking regulations and AML guidelines is desirable.
