About the role
PrimeBox is a fast‑growing self‑storage and logistics company in Dubai. We are seeking a hands‑on Customer Support Specialist to manage inquiries, convert leads into customers, and support clients throughout the full service and payment process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
- Consult customers on storage solutions, pricing, and available options.
- Process bookings, maintain customer information, and update CRM records.
- Coordinate pickups, transportation, and warehouse arrangements.
- Support customers throughout the storage process and follow up on payments.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer‑oriented and proactive approach.
- UAE experience is a plus.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
