Cyber Security Specialist – Corporate Strategy & Risk

About the role

The Cyber Security Specialist will lead the development and continuous improvement of the corporate cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with Dubai and UAE legislation. This role safeguards the organization’s information and technology assets through robust policies, risk management, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the corporate cybersecurity strategy and KPIs in line with government regulations.
• Create, update, and maintain cybersecurity policies, methodologies, and programs based on approved frameworks.
• Define and review stakeholder roles and responsibilities for implementing security controls.
• Manage cybersecurity risks using a systematic approach and conduct risk assessments for projects and major infrastructure changes.
• Document cybersecurity requirements for external smart applications, identity and access management, backup management, encryption, and contractual agreements with third‑party providers.

Required profile

• UAE nationality.
• Master’s degree with at least 6 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity, OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of experience.
