About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Data Entry & Document Controller exclusively for UAE Nationals. The role focuses on accurate data entry, document management, and record keeping within company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Organise, control, and archive documents with proper naming, version control, and easy retrieval.
- Maintain document registers, logs, and trackers for all files.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before filing or submission.
- Support departments by retrieving records and documents when needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; administration or information management diploma is a plus.
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, document control, or administrative roles.
- Accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
