About the role
Rothschild & Co. is offering a six‑month, full‑time internship in its Debt Advisory & Restructuring team in Dubai, starting January 2026. Interns will be immersed in a leading global financial advisory environment, supporting the delivery of high‑quality advice to corporate and institutional clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Debt Advisory team in preparing client presentations and market analyses.
- Support restructuring projects, including balance‑sheet recapitalisations and financial modelling.
- Conduct research using Bloomberg, FactSet and other market data sources.
- Prepare PowerPoint decks and Excel models for senior advisers.
- Contribute to the preparation of debt product documentation and rating advisory materials.
