About the role
Join La Petite Maison in Dubai as a Demi Chef De Rang / Assistant Head Waiter, delivering exceptional French‑Mediterranean service. You will uphold LPM standards, explain the concept to guests, and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Perform according to LPM service steps and standards, explaining the LPM concept to guests.
- Propose signature dishes and keep tables clean.
- Provide the best guest experience while showcasing your personality.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality/F&B and in a similar position.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
- Fluent oral and written English.
- Attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
