Deployment Engineer & Architect (AI Solutions)

About the role

Sulava MEA is seeking a Deployment Engineer & Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services. The role blends hands‑on engineering with architecture leadership to deliver production‑ready AI agents that transform business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end AI agent architectures across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Build, deploy, and integrate agents using Copilot Studio, custom plugins, connectors, and workflows.
• Lead technical design for the Agent Factory (FFL) delivery model and scaling strategies.
• Set up Azure AI environments, landing zones, and deployment pipelines while ensuring security, governance, and compliance.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering background with experience in .NET, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proven ability to design scalable, cloud‑native architectures and lead technical decisions.
• Hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and multi‑agent orchestration.
• Understanding of enterprise security, identity (Entra ID), and AI governance.
