About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at Aloft Hotels in Dubai provides a memorable and unique stay for guests. This full‑time, on‑site position involves assisting guests throughout their visit, from check‑in to check‑out, and handling a variety of operational tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles, transporting luggage to rooms or designated bell areas.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance).
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift as described.
