Digital Sales Consultant

About the role

The Digital Sales Consultant drives vehicle sales through online and digital channels while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will engage prospects, respond to digital inquiries, and support the sales team in converting leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries from website forms, social media, email, and digital campaigns, qualify leads and forward high‑potential prospects to the sales team.
• Present vehicle information, features, pricing and promotions through digital channels, conduct virtual consultations and online demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the dealership sales team and marketing teams to follow up on digital leads and enhance online presence.
• Track lead conversion, digital engagement metrics and prepare performance reports, suggesting improvements based on insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in sales, digital marketing or customer service.
• Strong understanding of digital sales platforms, social media and online lead management.
