Director - Real Estate Asset Management

About the role

Lead the organization’s real estate investment strategy, overseeing acquisitions, portfolio growth, asset performance and investment returns while identifying new opportunities and maximising value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute real estate investment and portfolio growth strategies.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend investment opportunities across various real‑estate sectors.
• Lead financial analysis, valuation, feasibility studies and due‑diligence activities.
• Manage acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and investment transactions.
• Oversee asset performance and drive value‑enhancement initiatives.
• Monitor portfolio returns, financial performance and investment risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, financial institutions and strategic partners.
• Present investment recommendations and portfolio performance to executive management and boards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in real‑estate investment, asset management or investment banking.
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership role with a proven track record in acquisitions and delivering investment returns.
• Strong understanding of investment governance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
