District Retail Manager - Franchises, Dubai

About the role

Mango is looking for an experienced and energetic District Retail Manager for its franchise operations in Dubai. The manager drives store sales growth within their assigned area, optimizes product and merchandising strategies, strengthens wholesale partner efficiency, develops store teams and delivers a seamless customer experience in line with global brand standards and contract commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives aligned with market and company strategy, monitor franchise store performance and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure contract agreements, company image and operational standards are met.
• Improve product management and merchandising execution, ensure wholesale partners operate efficiently and lead merchandising and trading strategy training for partners and store teams.
• Build strong relationships with franchise partners and act as the main bridge between partners and Mango HQ.
• Support franchise stores in people-focused processes while maintaining policy and visual standards, and coordinate regional store team training.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, support omnichannel operations and digital service integration, and empower teams in-store and digitally.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of store manager and retail experience.
• Minimum 2 years of district manager experience.
• English proficiency; based in Dubai with residence and work permit eligibility.
• Up-to-date with fashion and trends, and aware of the customer profile and competitor strategies in each market.
