Division Head – Fragrance

About the role

The Division Head – Fragrance will lead the commercial strategy and P&L for the fragrance division across GCC, India, and Europe, reporting to the Commercial Director.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial strategy and P&L, set long‑term vision and investment priorities.
• Drive organic growth through market entry, portfolio direction, channel strategy and pricing.
• Identify and structure inorganic growth opportunities via strategic partnerships.
• Build regional operating models and go‑to‑market structures aligned to a unified divisional strategy.
• Forge senior relationships with partners, key accounts and prospective targets.
• Collaborate with Brand, Product and Supply to align commercial ambition with delivery capability.
• Accelerate deal cycles and ensure integration of acquired opportunities.
• Champion the division in the market, enhancing presence and partnership status.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive commercial leadership with P&L ownership at regional or divisional scale.
• Proven track record in fragrance, beauty, personal care, FMCG or ingredients & flavours sectors.
• Success driving organic revenue, margin, market share and portfolio expansion across multiple markets.
• Experience leading strategic partnerships from origination through integration.
• Direct commercial experience in GCC, India and Europe or comparable markets.
• History of building and leading large, multi‑country commercial teams.
