About the role
Rixos Al Mairid is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and resolve issues promptly. The role acts as the property representative in the absence of senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise hotel departments during assigned shifts.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and service requests.
- Liaise with department heads to ensure seamless service.
- Respond to emergencies, document incidents, and compile shift reports for management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Duty Manager or similar Front Office supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and guest‑relations abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
