Duty Manager – Luxury Hotel (UAE)

About the role

The Duty Manager will lead daily operations at a luxury FIVE hotel in the United Arab Emirates, ensuring seamless service for all guests, especially VIP and long‑stay patrons. You will act as the operational hub, coordinating teams across departments to deliver the brand’s high‑standard experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house activities, maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Manage a diverse team, providing guidance, coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and security procedures.
• Deliver personalized assistance to VIP guests and corporate clients, creating memorable experiences.
• Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a can‑do spirit.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and maintain a positive energy.
