Ecosystem Manager – Global Web3 & AI Events

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, high‑velocity Ecosystem Manager to drive the growth and engagement of our global Web3 and AI partner networks. You will act as the connective tissue for our flagship conferences, shaping relationships with leading crypto foundations, AI labs, and developer communities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary high‑touch point for Tier‑1 layer‑1/2 protocols, AI foundations, DAOs, research institutes and venture funds.
• Align partner objectives with event programs, securing speaking slots, curated networking sessions and custom activations.
• Collaborate with Sponsorship and Commercial teams to convert ecosystem contacts into premium sponsors.
• Lead the curation, approval and scheduling of 100+ satellite events, hackathons and workshops during TOKEN2049 Week and Singapore AI Week.
• Maintain premium quality and compliance standards for all side events.
• Own flagship startup initiatives such as the SuperAI Genesis Pitch Competition and TOKEN2049 startup showcases.
• Source high‑quality AI and Web3 startups, manage relationships with judges, VC syndicates and corporate accelerators.
• Expand Community Partner and Affiliate Programs to drive ticket sales, hacker registrations and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing ecosystem partners in the crypto or AI sectors.
• Strong network within Web3, AI, venture capital and developer communities.
• Demonstrated ability to orchestrate large‑scale events and community‑driven programs.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
