Employee Banking Service Officer

About the role

The Employee Banking Service Officer will drive growth by acquiring new customers and promoting a range of retail banking products such as credit cards, personal loans, and payroll accounts. The role combines outdoor sales, corporate tie‑ups, and relationship‑building activities while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell retail banking products, achieve sales targets, and generate new business through company tie‑ups, payroll relationships, and outdoor sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate customers, conduct presentations, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, approach key decision‑makers, and stay informed on competitor offerings.
• Ensure adherence to Central Bank regulations, CPF requirements, and internal policies, avoiding mis‑selling.
• Collaborate with Credit, CROPS, and Sales Management teams to process applications and follow up on leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 1‑3 years of experience selling retail banking products.
• Proven track record in direct sales, customer acquisition, or relationship management within a bank.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong customer focus, problem‑solving, negotiation, and ability to work in a target‑driven environment.
• Good understanding of retail banking products, sales processes, and teamwork dynamics.
